Adventure Begins At Your Library - Elementary Students

This week we are excited to have a special guest - local author Cygnet Brown. Ms. Brown is one of the "Ozarks Grannies" who recently released the book Gourmet Weeds. She will teach kids about a few plants that are safe to eat in our own backyards and some they should never eat. It will be educational for all! And yes - we plan to have some wild food for the kids to sample.

There will be a microscope with prepared slides set up all week for kids and adults to get a closer look at plant and bug parts.
