Adventures In Caves

This week there are 2 program options! We have activites at library AND an excursion to Round Spring Cave north of Eminence, MO.

AT THE LIBRARY:

Preschool and Kinder storytime and a little library cave exploration at 10:30am.

Elementary ages will be making their own cave paintings and petrified "trees", 11:00 - 12:00.

We'll all enjoy a fitting "underground" treat - Dirt Cups (with gummy worms of course!).

ROUND SPRING CAVE TOUR EXCURSION:

Round Spring Cave is part of the Ozarks National Scenic Reiverways National Park.

Participants must pre-register for this trip. 

Recommended for ages 10+. Parental accompaniment required. 

Travel to and from is on your own and we encourage participants to bring a picnic lunch to eat together at 12:00.

There will be 2 tour options: 10am and 2pm. Participants should arrive 30 minutes prior to the tour.

Estimated return times: 2-3pm for the 1st tour and 4-5pm for the 2nd. Please get all the details and register at the library.

Space is available on a first-come basis. Only summer reading registrants and their parents may participate.
